Insurance benefits are available to all full-time employees and become active on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.
Conexus offers secure on-site fitness centers, available to all employees 24/7, as well as a staff doctor and nurse to assist in any minor health issues at no cost to you (hours and availability differ by location). In the instance that you are feeling under the weather, we have access to a VIP corporate clinic, not open to the public, which caters to a very small group of companies. This clinic is available at no charge to employees covered under our insurance plan.
As part of our health initiative, Conexus has recognized a way to pass those benefits on to the employee with the confidential iCare Program. iCare is a voluntary program designed to encourage you and your spouse to identify and understand your major health risks. With this knowledge, you can engage in healthy behaviors to help lower those risks. iCare enrollment includes completion of a physical assessment including: bodyweight, blood pressure, fasting glucose, fasting cholesterol and waist circumference. By undergoing these simple screenings (takes less than 15 minutes), you and your spouse will receive a substantial discount on your insurance premiums.
